Description:

Established by Mathematics Department friends and faculty in memory of Arne Magnus. Dr. Magnus was a professor in the Mathematics Department at CSU for 25 years.

Criteria:

1) Enrolled in the College of Natural Sciences at Colorado State University 2) Outstanding graduate student in the department of mathematics OR 3) an outstanding full-time undergraduate majoring in mathematics and completing a minimum of 3 credits of mathematics per semester 4) Maintain an overall 3.25 GPA 5) Demonstrate satisfactory progress toward a degree in mathematics as determined by the selection committee (Scholarship may be renewable if the recipient(s) reapplies and continues to meet all required criteria)
