Kurt Georg Memorial Scholarship
Established by Anna Maria Georg and her children in memory of her husband, Kurt Georg, who was a numerical analyst and a leading exponent of numerical continuation methods.This scholarship provides financial support to undergraduate students excelling in mathematics and in community involvements.
1) Full-time undergraduate majoring in Mathematics 2) Minimum 3.0 GPA 3) Demonstrate interest, talent, or involvement in one or more of: fine arts, music, humanities, linguistics, leadership, or community service
Applicants must provide a one-page essay outlining their qualifications and must accompany their application with a letter of recommendation from a Mathematics instructor or professor.
