Description:

This scholarship was established by alumna, Alice Nyitray, to make a positive difference in the lives of a first generation undergraduate students in the Department of Chemistry.

Criteria:

1) Full-time undergraduate student enrolled in the Chemistry Department within the College of Natural Sciences 2) Be a sophomore, junior or senior 3) Be a first generation student in their family to attend college 4) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid of CSU 5) Maintain an overall 3.0 GPA (The scholarship may be renewed if the recipient(s) continues to meet all criteria, reapplies and is selected by the scholarship committee)
