Frances E. Allen Scholarship in Computer Science

Description:
Established by an anonymous donor in honor of Michelle Mills Strout, formerly in the Department of Computer Science at CSU. The scholarship is named for Frances Allen, the first woman to receive the Turing Award.
Criteria:
1) Full-time undergraduate student in College of Natural Sciences 2) Major in Computer Science 3) Sophomore, junior, or senior class level 4) Overall 3.0 GPA 5) Must be a member of an underrepresented student population in the department as defined by the Computer Science Scholarship Committee 6) Merit based by financial need may also be considered
